Let’s face it. The holidays can be tough. Our lives get crazy with festivities, shopping, eating and drinks. Is it possible to survive the holidays and come out on the other side feeling like dirt? Is it possible to enjoy the holidays and stay healthy? Of course!! Let me help you! Halloween has passed but we have Thanksgiving coming and then Christmas and New Year’s after that. Let’s make a plan so that you can enjoy your holidays while also staying on track. It’s all about moderation and allowing yourself small indulgences by choosing what you want most! You don’t have to deprive yourself of the foods you love during the holidays. You just need to find the balance. I will teach you how!

There are 8 weeks until New Year’s Eve. Those weeks will be full of parties, treats, dinners, and more! Do you have a plan to navigate all of these challenges so that you can come out on the other side feeling better than before? This Happy Healthy Holidays group will be your ticket to waking up on New Year’s Day and not having the same food guilt that comes around every year. You know the one I’m talking about right? How many years did I start January thinking about why I indulged so much? Or this year is going to be different? Or now it’s time to get serious? Have you been there too? Let's break the cycle!

So how does this group work?

We will spend the next 30 days learning how to plan your meals, new recipes, get tips to navigate all of those parties, and learn how to ‘have your cake and eat it too’. I will teach you how to enjoy in moderation and how to get right back on track after a treat. Each day you will get a tip, motivation, recipe, etc. from me. You will also check in and rate your day and share your struggles. I will ask you to drink Shakeology one meal a day for the 30 days we are doing the group. Why you may ask? Not only is it a nutrient dense shake that makes me feel fantastic, it is also a FABULOUS healthy and easy way to keep your energy up and cravings in check! This will help you indulge less and stay on track! It’s the holidays and we are pulled a million directions. This will be the one meal a day that you can count on to keep you on track.  Once the group is over, you can choose whether or not you would like to keep drinking it.  Along with drinking Shakeology, I will teach you how to plan the rest of your day with clean, healthy foods that you and your family will love.

While clean eating is going to be the focus, working out will be greatly encouraged. I know that I feel so much better, less stressed, and more patient when daily activity is part of my routine.  We will talk about ways to find time so that you can fit it in too!
