I love egg salad but it isn't always the healthiest option. So today I made a more clean version. I made it with one egg, but it could easily be doubled.  You can also try adding other things to it like tomatoes, spinach, etc.  Let me know what you think!

Healthy Egg Salad Wrap

Ingredients: (organic & non-gmo if possible)

1 Hard boiled Egg
1 TBSP Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 TBSP Salsa


  • Chop egg.
  • Mix egg, yogurt, and mustard together in a bowl.
  • Spoon mixture onto tortilla, lettuce or wrap of choice
  • Top with salsa or toppings of choice 
  • Wrap and enjoy!
