Can you believe Thanksgiving is next week? Where has the past year gone? I feel like I blinked and it went from summer to winter. The temperatures here are definitely saying ‘WINTER IS HERE!’ :) Along with this time of year comes holiday season. We all get super busy. We skip meals and then when we finally get the chance to eat, we over indulge. We have work parties and holiday parties on the weekends. There are holiday treats EVERYWHERE! We don’t stand a chance to the expanding waistline, right? WRONG!! You can totally survive the holidays, enjoy yourself and not have to add a notch to your belt!

Wouldn’t it feel amazing to come into the new year with a different perspective than years past? I don’t know about you, but I have started many new years in a food coma from the 2 months prior. It doesn’t have to be that way. Surviving the holidays doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy the parties, food and drinks. It just means that you have to find the balance and I can help you!

How can I help you?


We will spend the next 30 days talking about holiday season tips and tricks that have worked for me. I will share recipes, give tips to navigate all of those parties and dinners, and teach you how to ‘have your cake and eat it too’. I show you how to enjoy in moderation and how to get right back on track after a treat. Each day you will get a tip, motivation, recipe, etc. from me. I will ask you to drink Shakeology one meal a day for the 30 days we are doing the group. Why you may ask? Not only is it a nutrient dense shake that makes me feel fantastic, it is also a FABULOUS healthy and easy way to keep your energy up and cravings in check!

Think about it this way. How many times have you been running around with the holiday errands or shopping and you have forgotten to eat? Suddenly you are FAMISHED and the drive-thru is calling your name. We’ve all been there right? I cannot tell you how many times Shakeology has saved me in these situations. You can make a quick shake in 2 minutes, fuel your body with good, clean nutrition and be on your way. This will help you indulge less and stay on track! It’s the holidays and we are pulled a million directions. This will be the one meal a day that you can count on to keep you on track. Once the group is over, you can choose whether or not you would like to keep drinking it. Along with drinking Shakeology, I will teach you how to plan the rest of your day with clean, healthy foods that you and your family will love.

While clean eating is going to be the focus, working out is encouraged but optional. I know that I feel so much better, less stressed, and more patient when daily activity is part of my routine. We will talk about ways to find time so that you can fit it in too!
