21 Day Fix EXTREME Week 2 & Clean Eating Vegetarian Meal Plan

Sore Muscles = Happy Pain
I have two words to describe week 1 of 21 Day Fix EXTREME...SORE MUSCLES! LOL! This program is no joke and I LOVE IT! I’m a weights girl. I always have been. I like that feeling of strength and the burn in my muscles and 21 Day Fix EXTREME definitely gives me that!

Nutrition hasn’t been too bad. Last week I wasn’t feeling well so I didn’t eat as much as I should have. I’m looking forward to seeing a new dr this week and hopefully finally getting some answers to my exhaustion and the way I have been feeling. In my groups, I have a lot of vegetarian eaters, so this week’s meal plan is vegetarian based. Yes, if you are a vegetarian you can still follow 21 Day Fix & 21 Day Fix EXTREME!

In other exciting news this week, we booked our flights for Cancun and got our passport applications done. If you don’t already know, last year in my first full year as a coach I was able to earn a FREE trip to Cancun just by helping others with their health and fitness. I feel so blessed for this opportunity. As a reward, my husband and I get to fly to Cancun for 5 days, hang out at an all inclusive resort, workout with some of our Beachbody trainers and have some much needed quality relaxation time. We can’t wait! But this also means that I have to get into a bathing suit SOON! So I will be working really hard until then! :P

Here is the plan for the coming week. As I mentioned, this is clean eating vegetarian 21 Day Fix EXTREME meal plan. I prefer to eat this way myself so I happily did this version. :)
