High Five for Friday

Happy Friday! Another crazy week has gone by. I have to say, these high five for Friday posts make my life feel like it is flying by even faster. LOL! I feel like I just wrote the last one! Here are my favorites from the past week:

1. The boys have been training for their kids marathon in May. We had great weather last weekend for our 1 mile training run. It was cold but the sun was shining and the boys had fun!

2. Today we started week 2 of 21 Day Fix EXTREME. I think this is my favorite workout of the program. The plyo with weights is TOUGH but I love it!

3. I FINALLY found a holistic doctor that is a reasonable distance from me! I'm really looking forward to getting to the bottom of why I have been so exhausted EVERY SECOND OF THE DAY!

4. I started reading Darin Olien's new book and I love it already. Its focus is supporting your body through healthy nutrition. Check it out!

5. Today I feel better than I have felt in weeks and I'm going to list that as one of my top 5! I actually feel rested and have energy! It feels awesome!
