If you have been following me for long, you may or may not know that 21 Day Fix is one of my top 3 favorite programs in the Beachbody catalog. I got my best results with any program by using the portion control containers and Shakeology paired with killer workouts. Because of the popularity and huge success of this program, Autumn Calabrese the creator of 21 Day Fix realized that she needed to raise the bar. So she created 21 Day Fix EXTREME!! I’m so pumped for this program! It will be released on February 2nd to anyone with a Team Beachbody coach. (If you don’t currently have a coach, you can me me your coach here).




The goal of 21 Day Fix EXTREME is to get you seriously shredded in the shortest amount of time possible by tightening up the nutrition and using more advanced moves in the workouts. Autumn will even be sharing her bikini competition meal plan with us to help drop those last few pounds that you may be hanging onto.

Who would benefit from this program?


21 Day Fix EXTREME is great for those with dramatic, short-term weight loss goals like an upcoming event, vacation, etc. It is perfect for the 21 Day Fix graduate who is ready to take their fitness to the next level and give themselves more of a challenge or graduates of other extreme programs like P90X, Insanity, Focus T25 or Insanity Max:30. This program is also ideal for those that don’t have much weight to lose but want to get shredded, see abs and have a no excuses attitude towards their workouts and nutrition. As with the 21 Day Fix, there is no calorie counting, weighing of food or complicated recipes.

21 Day Fix EXTREME is probably not best for a beginner. This is an advanced program. If you are just starting out, I would start with 21 Day Fix first and then move on to this one when you are ready!

What are the workouts like?


This program is 21 days long. There are 7 30 minute workouts for each day of the week so that your mind never gets bored. You also receive a bonus workout when you order through a coach like me. Plus there are a couple of additional workouts that you can purchase to add to the mix. The workouts are a mixture of cardio, strength training and explosive power moves that target every muscle in the body. You will not need a lot of space for this workout. I use a 4x6 area that is enough space for me.

Plyo Fix EXTREME: An explosive lower-body workout that uses jumping and resistance to torch calories and sculpt muscles.
Upper Fix EXTREME: By alternating opposing muscle groups, this no-rest upper-body workout will shred the chest, back, shoulders, and arms.
Pilates Fix EXTREME: Using a resistance band for every exercise, this intense mat workout works the entire body, placing emphasis on the core.
Lower Fix EXTREME: Glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves will get stronger, leaner, and more defined with 30 minutes of challenging resistance work.
Cardio Fix EXTREME: Combining weighted cardio moves with traditional metabolic training intervals keeps the heart rate soaring.
Dirty 30 EXTREME: Using only seven compound moves focusing on multiple body parts at a time, this workout will burn extra calories while defining muscles. Get down and dirty, and get it done.
Yoga Fix EXTREME: A fast-paced flow yoga class, combining strength, balance, flexibility, and power.
Power Strength EXTREME: Based on functional movement patterns, these nine total-body exercises will change the way the body moves, increasing strength, endurance, and power.
ABC EXTREME: 30-minute workout that targets common problem areas by pushing abs, butt, and cardio to the extreme. It'll get that competition body ready for the stage.
The Fix Challenge: Keep things interesting and burn off calories with this quick resistance workout!

How will the nutrition plan be different than 21 Day Fix?


So with the 21 Day Fix, you were allowed to work in things like wine and chocolate. 21 Day Fix EXTREME is much more dialed in. It requires 100% clean eating for the 21 Days. No cheats. You can still eat out at a restaurant but you will be given a guide on how the make the right food choices. Just think of it like this, it’s only 21 days right? You can do anything for that long! :) You will get the same portion control containers that were used with 21 Day Fix, but a newly updated nutrition plan.

When will it be available?


The release date is February 2nd when you purchase from a Team Beachbody coach (like me)! I will also have an exclusive test group that will be starting with me on February 9th. I will help to coach you through the prep, meal planning, nutrition guide, give recipe ideas, daily motivation, support and accountability. My goal is to give you the support you need to see the results you want! :)
