Can you believe that we are already half way through 2015?! Have you stayed on track with your health and fitness goals? Somewhat? Not at all? So many of us start off the year with fantastic intentions and then life gets in the way right? If you have been following me, you know that I have been dealing with similar issues. My health has made it difficult to stay on track and focused. But I'm so happy to say (and I almost don't want to say it out loud and jinx myself :P ) that I'm FINALLY starting to feel better and I'm MORE THAN READY to recommit to finishing my workouts strong and staying focused on my nutrition!

How it works:


When you fill out the application (below), we will talk about what YOUR goals are and how I can help you get there. Based on our conversation, I will match you up with the right Beachbody program that fits YOUR needs and ability level! Then you will replace one meal a day with Shakeology for the duration of the group.  This will give your body one meal that is super-charged with ingredients that will give you the energy you need and help with your cravings.  It is the equivalent to 6 salads in one meal!  Then I'm going to teach you how to make healthier choices the other meals of the day. I will share my tips and tricks that I use to make it even easier, especially with a family. I will help you create a customized plan, give you recipes, snack ideas, tips, motivation and I will keep you accountable.  All of this is done through a private, Facebook group. Every day I will post in the group something to help you stay on track.  I will address things going on right now like summer picnics, vacations and so on. I have created an entire plan for my group to help you be successful!
